Dalwhinnie 15 year old single highland malt 43%. Too young for legal sex but well old enough to drink. Shown here with the Penguin of Death T shirt. A very mellow whisky, smooth as a corrupt politician with just a hint of seagull. Fill up the hipflask. Quite a good breakfast whisky.

Talisker 10 year old from the Isle of Skye 45.8% This was the first single malt that I fell in love with. This is the one that I used to take hiking with me. Smoky woody seaweed wrapped in seagulls. A whisky for slinging down the neck. Shown here with blind boy monkey, that famous whisky voiced ukulele player.
